  • IP-based Remote Phones
    • Imagine having a phone station at your house or remote office that is tied directly into your phone system at the main office and that looks and acts just like the phones at your main office. And, since the connection is made over the Internet, you never get charged for a call to the office.
  • Automatic Call Distribution (ACD)
    • If you take a lot of customer or support calls, ACD can give you an efficient and professional way to automatically direct each call to the next available representative. The system can also generate reports about the call volume and the workload for each agent.
  • Direct Inward Dialing (DID)
    • DID allows you to have many more phone numbers than you have phone lines. The most common use is to give employees theirr own direct phone numbers. This can also be used to route calls to different voice menus or other features based on what number was dialed.
